Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging intact.
An unboxing video is mandatory to process refund claims.
How to Request a Refund

Initiate a return request and provide a valid reason.
Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
Undergarments or intimate wear.
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper opening (e.g., damage caused by sharp objects).
Claims made without an unboxing video.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective item:
Submit a return or refund request within 7 days of delivery.
Include an unboxing video and clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging.
Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in unused and original condition with original packaging.
An unboxing video may be required if the item is reported as damaged or incorrect.
How to Request an Exchange
Log in to your Shoppystyle account.
Submit an exchange request and follow the instructions provided.
Exchange Options
You may request a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value.
If the requested item is out of stock, you can choose a refund or opt for store credit.
Important Notes
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please record a video and clearly mention the damage when raising your request.
We cannot process refunds or replacements for items damaged due to improper handling unless a valid unboxing video is provided.
