🌐 Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently, we ship only within India.
🚚 Where do you ship from?
All our orders are fulfilled directly from our warehouse in India. We’ve partnered with leading logistics providers like FedEx, Delhivery, E-kart, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, and more to ensure timely and safe delivery of your orders.
🛠️ How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We don’t stock ready-made inventory. Each item is freshly printed upon receiving your order. It typically takes 2-4 business days to print and dispatch your order under normal conditions.
⏱️ How long does delivery take after dispatch?
Once your order is dispatched, it will be delivered based on your location:

Zone A – Within Tamil Nadu: 3 Days

Zone D – Rest of India: 7 Days

🔎 How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your package is shipped, you’ll receive another email with the tracking number.
You can also track your order manually via the “Track Orders” link in the header or footer of our website. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking link to update.

✏️ What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please reach out to us within 3 hours of placing your order. We’ll try our best to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
📦 What if I’m not available at the time of delivery?
You’ll receive an email with a re-attempt delivery link. Use it to choose a new delivery date and provide the reason for the missed delivery.
If no action is taken, re-attempt is not guaranteed, especially in these cases:

❓ What if my package is lost in transit?
If your package is lost, notify us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. Upon confirmation, we will resend your order free of charge or offer a full refund.
🔁 Do you offer replacements for defective or damaged products?
Yes! Despite our strict quality checks, issues can sometimes happen due to shipping or human error.
We offer free replacements in the following cases:

Defective products
How to request a replacement:
Email support@shoppystyle.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear images or a video of the defect

Original packaging showing shipping label and customer details
No need to return the defective product. You can keep both the defective and replacement item.
🎨 Received the wrong size or color?
If we sent the wrong item, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Please email us photos of the incorrect item and label details at support@shoppystyle.com for verification.
📏 The size I ordered doesn’t fit. Can I get a replacement?
If the correct size was delivered as per your order, we do not offer replacements for sizing issues. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.
🌈 I don’t like the color I ordered. Can I exchange it?
If the color delivered matches your order, we do not accept color change requests. However, you can place a new order with your preferred color.
⏳ How long do I have to raise a replacement request?
All requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery, along with supporting images or videos and packaging proof.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only within 3 hours of placing the order. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel and get a full refund.

Absolutely! We use SSL encryption to protect all your personal and payment information.
💰 Which currency will I be charged in?
All orders on our website are processed in INR (Indian Rupees).

🔄 I received my order but changed my mind. Can I return it?
If you received the correct item in perfect condition but simply don’t want to keep it, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds.
