By applying to or participating in the Shoppystyle Creator Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  1. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

  2. Must own and actively manage at least one social media platform (Instagram, YouTube, blog, etc.).

  3. Audience must be genuine and organically built.

  4. Shoppystyle reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Program Structure

Approved creators will receive:

  • A unique referral link and/or discount code

  • Access to a personal dashboard

  • Commission on eligible confirmed sales

Participation is non-exclusive, and creators are not employees, partners, or legal representatives of Shoppystyle.

3. Commission & Earnings

  1. Commission rates range from 5% to 20%, depending on performance tier and rank.

  2. Commission is calculated on the net order value (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, returns, or cancellations).

  3. Commission applies only to confirmed and successfully delivered orders.

  4. Orders that are returned, cancelled, refunded, or marked fraudulent will not qualify for commission.

  5. Commission structure may be revised at any time with prior notice.

4. Rank Advancement

  1. Creators may qualify for higher commission tiers based on referral performance.

  2. Rank upgrades are based on total confirmed sales and/or revenue generated.

  3. Shoppystyle reserves the right to modify tier qualification criteria.

5. Payout Terms

  1. Payouts are processed monthly.

  2. Minimum payout threshold: ₹[Insert Amount].

  3. Payment methods: UPI / Bank Transfer / Approved digital wallets.

  4. Creators are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

  5. Any incorrect information causing payment failure will delay payout.

6. Promotional Guidelines

Creators must:

  • Represent Shoppystyle honestly and ethically.

  • Avoid misleading claims, fake discounts, or false pricing information.

  • Not use paid ads with Shoppystyle brand keywords without written permission.

  • Not engage in spam marketing, bulk messaging, or unethical promotion methods.

  • Maintain brand-aligned communication and visual standards.

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

  1. All trademarks, logos, product images, and brand materials belong to Shoppystyle.

  2. Creators may use provided assets strictly for promotional purposes.

  3. Shoppystyle may repost or reuse creator content for marketing with due credit.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-referrals to earn commission

  • Fake orders or incentivized purchases

  • Coupon code leakage on third-party discount sites without approval

  • Misrepresentation of partnership status

  • Any activity damaging brand reputation

Violation may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Termination

Shoppystyle reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any creator account at its discretion

  • Withhold commissions in case of policy violation

  • Modify, pause, or discontinue the program at any time

Creators may also withdraw from the program at any time by written notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shoppystyle shall not be liable for:

  • Technical errors in tracking links

  • Delayed or failed payments due to incorrect information

  • Platform outages beyond control

Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Confidentiality

Creators must not disclose internal commission structures, dashboard data, or confidential information shared by Shoppystyle.

12. Amendments

Shoppystyle may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Vadodara, Gujarat.
